Rylee Bona meets Kalin Lucas

On a random night at Champps with friends for dinner we ran into the Michigan State basketball team, Rylee got his pic taken with one of the star basketball players! We have some serious competition goin' on, hope Coach Beilein doesn't see this! :)

Mommy and Daddy go to California

This was our first real trip since bringing Rylee home! We were gone for 6 days to visit family in California! He did amazing, and I had to talk myself through a couple of the days to get through but all in all I did ok! We already miss Uncle Jake!

Easter 2009

For all of the obvious reasons Easter is a very special holiday. We are reminded of how good God is every day of our lives, but on that day it is a day to celebrate just exactly how good he is! And we will always have a reminder of how our Easter last year played out. The night before Easter morning we got our referral for Mr.Rylee Bona! At our family gatherings we were able to put a picture of Rylee in all of our nieces/nephews easter goodie bags from Uncle Ryan and Auntie Meggan! It was one of the most amazing days of our lives with lots of tears and hugs, we didnt think anything could top it! However, this Easter we were able to share the day with our families while holding our son in our arms! We are reminded every single day how God plays a role in our lives and we don't even think about it! Hope you all had a blessed Easter! All our love to you!!!

It's April in the D! Tiger baseball has begun and Im pretty sure Rylee Bona is a fan! Rylee is obsessed with balls! He loves sports, but then again he has no choice in our family-so one more reason to validate he was meant to be our son! He is learning more and more every single day! What a little ham he is!
