Injera

I was organzing my pics and came across the ones from our first attempt at Injera, Ethiopia's main cuisine! It's a spongy like flat bread (sour dough like) and lots of lentils and diff. kinds of meats. I didnt really eat it, pretty hesitant to try it-while meanwhile Ryan was endulging in it. He even ate the egg-a whole egg....see below :)
We're still waiting on the Mott's to email us video of Ryans amazing entertainment-Im sure they just cant peel themselves away from it long enough to get it to us, right Chris???
