I haven't updated in a while, so I thought that I would do a little combo of everything in this post. We only have one more document of our dossier to get on our end, and then we just have to wait for our Social Worker to get us our draft of our home study. After that we have to go and have our whole dossier certified and then it gets sent off and is out of our hands "forever"....(eeeeek)-makes me a lil nervous but it's out of our hands at that point "literally".... : )
We've been busy getting ready for Christmas and all of our parties, and gatherings coming up-this is our favorite time of year, and love being with all of our family and friends. The more we get into this, we get butterflies in our stomach at the thought of a child being home with us and our families by next Christmas-to think for real, this is quite possibly our last christmas with just the two of us-pretty amazing feeling.
We truely feel in our hearts that if we're blessed to have our own, biological children someday we really will be getting the best of both worlds. We truley feel so blessed that we're in this place in our lives-things do happen for a reason, Im convinced of that-and will be even more so when we're holding a child in our arms that normally would never have had a chance....to us....that's a miracle!
