Um Mom-Dad-a Ghost!

He made this "bed" all himself...hehe

We had a lil' Lion on our hands this Halloween! He loved his costume, couldn't wait to put it on all day. He only took a 2 hr nap, he was fired up for what was going to be a big day for the lil' guy. He was awake in his crib, I walk up to his bedroom and as I walk in he says "Hi Mama (waving being all extra cute like he had done something "wrong")....I go over to his bed, there lays his diaper at one end of the crib and he's sitting on his knees with a big wet spot under his bottom...hmmmm-Oh Rylee, let's not take your diaper off again. We went to the grammies and grampies to visit then spent the evening with my brother/sister in law that Connor and Maeva at my sister in laws parents. Rylee had a riot with the kids-Connor was taking him around in the wagon, sometimes he wanted to get out and get treats and sometimes he didnt. That was fine. Next year he'll be into it a lot more I can bet. Thank u everyone who dropped of treat bags for Rylee, he loves all of his goldfish, play-doe, books, juice boxes, candy, suckers, etc.....what a spoiled and loved little boy he is!!!

We were gone to Vegas last week with some friends, while we were gone had had croup and and ear infection. Thank goodness it was at the end of our trip, and we were coming home the day that my mom had taken him into the ER-poor lil' man wasn't feeling really himself until Thursday or Friday-just in time for halloween. We had an awesome time on vacation though with great friends, we are thankful for family here that loves having Rylee stay with them while we are gone. We are blessed.

Thursday was also Ryan's birthday. Funny how things change as we get older and have different priorities. This year to celebrate Ryans birthday we went to Rylee's music class! : ) Ok, we did have some yummy dinner and drinks at PF Changs after music class! Happy 35th birthday Ryan! We love u!

Otherwise Rylee Bona has been growing like a weed! He continues to crack us up daily! He sings his ABC's and counts-a lot of times it's 1, 3, 4, 9....other times he's "spot on"! He can draw a circle, he knows a sqare and a circle, in a size 7-8 shoe and it saddens me to have to be buying 2T clothes instead of the "months".....Can we stop the clock please?!?!? Him and his kitty have a love/hate relationship-he doesn't understand that when he buries his head in Beanas belly he's going to come out with marks...which is funny, because that's EXACTLY how I was when I was little. I wouldn't give up!

So that's us in a nutshell-as we prepare for the holidays and his 2nd birthday we are blessed daily by all that we have! Blessings to you and your families!!!
